Dear community, it is an immense pleasure to welcome you to this new online journey, an immersion inspired by the concept of Yang Sheng 养生, the art of nourishing life, through the lens of the Five Elements. This experience will be the occasion to receive nourishment and inspiration through a variety of embodiment & meditative experiences & practices dedicated to remembering the powerful archetypal medicine of the Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal & Water.
This journey is divided in three important pillars :
Vessel of Qi (the body)
an intuitive dance practice
to explore and embody the archetypes
of the five elements of Nature.
Xin (the heart-mind)
the five emotional realms
and how our emotions can be a gateway
to understanding essential virtues.
Wu Shen (the five Spirits)

- You may feel more connected to the many phases of Nature and accept the changes with more ease. 
- You will have the occasion to experience meditation in a creative way to promote self cultivation. 
- We will be uncovering the underlying virtues and potential at the core of our emotions. 
- We will practice intuitive body awareness, embrace the shadow & the light, and surrender to our powerful life force, through movement & stillness. 
- We will source inspiration from Chinese metaphysics and the Wu Shen, the five spirits of Nature. 
- We will explore how to move through grief with more acceptance, reverence and peace. 
- We will explore how our emotions can become allies to reconnect to our creative potential and be more receptive to life. 
What this course is including :
- a pre-recorded guided dance practice to journey with the five movements ; wood, fire, earth, metal and water. 
- 5 x pre-recorded guided visualization videos composed of healing imagery and narrated poetry, to explore your emotions through the lens of the five elements and nature. 
- 5 x pre-recorded tea meditations and narrated poetry to journey with the five spirits (hun, shen, yi, po, zhi), one cup at a time.
